Choosing a Survey

We can assist you in choosing the survey that is best suited and appropriate for the property you are intending to purchase. The two most popular are the Building Survey Report (RICS Level 3) and the Home Buyers Report (RICS Level 2). Both of these will provide you with the information you require. Older properties, properties with extensions or those that have been converted are best suited to a Level 3 report.
