“We are first-time buyers, and we booked Andrew James Surveyors since they are based in the North East. According to various search engines, Andrew James Surveyors had the best reviews, the best price, good communication, and a sample report to show us what we would get for our money. Prior to the completion of the inspection/survey, the surveyor contacted me to find out if I had any concerns or if anything we had noticed during our viewing, that needed clarification.
